WebEx Personal Room was introduced as a new virtual conference space for the WebEx Meetings application. The new design feature was created to mimic the experience of a personal office space. This design concept was carried through the rest of the WebEx Meetings family.
Collaborated with the portfolio team on design development. Managed the visual design team on layout design and implementation to adapt the new visual language "Symphony," which aligned with the rest of the WebEx products family.
Developed two different concepts for the design layout before the stakeholders approved on one concept. Performed a usability test and adjusted the design based on the feedback. The visual team finalized all of the details and worked closely with the cross-functional teams to complete the final design implementations.
